INSIDE is a dark, dialogue-free puzzle-platformer in which you guide a boy through a monochrome dystopian world, solving environmental puzzles while fleeing masked guards, dogs, and machines. The tone is grim and unsettling: the boy can die in graphic, realistic ways (shot, mauled, drowned, torn apart), and the world reveals mind-controlled crowds, underwater experiments on nude human bodies, and a grotesque mass of conjoined figures. There is no dialogue, profanity, sexual content, or purchases, and it is played entirely solo, but the atmosphere and body-horror imagery are consistently heavy.
