Cartoon animal characters are comically killed by player-placed hazards such as spike balls, saw blades, and cannons; deaths are slapstick with no blood or gore.
Ultimate Chicken Horse is a competitive party platformer for up to four players who each control a cartoon animal such as a chicken, horse, sheep, or raccoon. Before each race to the finish flag, players take turns placing platforms, traps, and hazards into the level, trying to trip up their opponents while still being able to clear the obstacles themselves. The on-screen action is limited to slapstick, bloodless cartoon deaths as characters are flung into spikes, saws, or other traps for laughs and points. There is no sexual content, strong language, substances, or mature themes. It supports local play and cross-platform online multiplayer with voice and text chat, so children playing online could encounter strangers.
The game frames sabotaging your friends as light, comedic fun: successful traps earn points, and the animal characters pop out of existence harmlessly and respawn each round, so the 'violence' is treated purely as goofy party-game slapstick rather than anything realistic or consequential.
