Balanced Play pools your child's game time across the platforms you connect into one daily budget and drives each platform's own parental-control limits to keep that budget. You must be 18+ and the parent or legal guardian of the children you manage.
You're responsible for your account and for having the authority to connect the platform accounts you link. You authorize Balanced Play to read play time and set parental-control limits on those accounts on your behalf. You can disconnect any platform at any time.
Balanced Play may be offered free during its early-access period. Paid subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through our payment processor; you can cancel any time and cancellation stops future renewals. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and governed by those stores' terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Critical Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to comply with the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, emailed to you.
