The mood is tense and spooky, with dark environments, sudden creature encounters, whispering totems, and the occasional corpse found in the wild. Combat involves realistic gunfire and blood against the beast; there is no sexual content, and in-game language is minimal, though the game is played online with open voice and text chat where you may encounter other players.
