What it is

Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 is a detailed vehicle-repair simulation in which you run a growing mechanic's garage. You diagnose faults, disassemble engines and cars down to individual components, order the correct parts, and rebuild vehicles, then buy run-down cars at auction to restore and resell. It also includes a test track and optional drag racing. There is no combat, and the game contains no sexual content, nudity, profanity, substances, or frightening material — the whole experience is the mechanical work of fixing and flipping cars.

How it's framed

The game frames everything around craftsmanship and small-business progression: earning money by doing careful, methodical repair work and building up equipment and workspace. Buying and selling cars is presented as ordinary commerce paid for with in-game money, not as wagering, and there is no morally charged subject matter.
