A 2.5D tag-team fighting game in which the player assembles a squad of four Marvel characters — heroes such as Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man and Storm — and battles another team, starting with one fighter and gradually unlocking the full lineup mid-match. Combat is fast, acrobatic and rendered in a bright anime-influenced style: punches, shield throws, repulsor blasts and cinematic super moves, with no blood or injury shown. It can be played offline in arcade and story modes or online in casual and ranked matches against strangers across PlayStation 5 and PC, and online play supports voice and text chat. Nothing is sold for real money inside the game.
How it's framed
Combat is framed as heroic spectacle rather than brutality: iconic superheroes clash in tournament-style matches where victory comes from skill, teamwork between tagged-in allies, and mastery of each character's powers. Defeated fighters are knocked out, not injured or killed, and the presentation celebrates flashy teamwork and comeback mechanics in the style of a sports competition between larger-than-life characters.
