What it is

MultiVersus is a platform-fighting game distributed at no cost to download. Its cast draws from DC, Warner Bros., the Looney Tunes lineup, and further media brands. Bouts play out as solo duels or squad-versus-squad clashes, with hits rendered in a cartoon look that leaves out blood and lifelike wounds. People face one another over the internet, and matches carry both spoken and typed messaging. A spending system lets actual funds convert into a premium currency along with decorative goods. Warner Bros. has since shut the title down.

How it's framed

The presentation leans toward playful, animated combat, carrying neither a moral angle nor mature themes. Paying for items and any spending within the game sit as elective add-ons.
