What it is

In this stealth title, the player takes on the part of a house burglar, entering residences to make off with things of worth while staying unseen by the people living there and by alarm setups. Moment-to-moment play centers on slipping quietly around occupants, working doorways open, and making one's way through rooms toward the objects marked for theft. Should the character be spotted, guns are available to take out guards, but the depiction carries no bloodshed or severed limbs. It runs entirely solo, with nothing in the way of internet connectivity, spoken or typed messaging between players, or content created by users.

How it's framed

Robbery sits at the heart of what the player does, and pulling off a heist unnoticed is what earns progress; the treatment neither celebrates nor passes judgment on the wrongdoing itself, staying limited to how the simulation's systems operate.
