Comedic ragdoll brawling where wobbly gelatinous characters punch, kick, grab, and toss one another off ledges or into hazards; no blood, injury detail, or gore.
Gang Beasts is a multiplayer party brawler where players control floppy, jelly-like humanoid characters and fight one another in short slapstick matches across absurd, hazard-filled stages in the fictional 'Beef City.' The core action is comedic and physics-driven: you punch, kick, grab, and drag opponents, then try to throw them off rooftops, into grinders, off moving trucks, or into other environmental dangers. The humor comes from the deliberately clumsy, wobbly controls, and there is no blood, gore, or realistic injury. It can be played locally or online, including modes with voice and text chat, and its comedy is entirely built around ragdoll physics and pratfalls rather than any mature content. There are no in-game purchases.
The game frames all of its fighting as cartoonish, consequence-free comedy — combatants are squishy ragdolls who bounce, flail, and get knocked out rather than injured, and knocked-down players simply get back up and keep playing. Violence is presented as absurd physical-comedy spectacle among friends, with no narrative stakes, victims, or moral weight attached.
