The player can pick up, load and fire guns and face friends in a shooting duel, but no injury, blood or wounds are ever shown — the weapons function as clumsy physics toys.
The player can catch fish in a fishing level as ordinary play; no graphic killing or butchery is depicted.
Hand Simulator is a physics-comedy sandbox where you control each finger of a pair of disembodied hands to fumble through simple tasks: spinning fidget spinners, loading and firing guns, milking a cow, fishing, playing chess, and facing friends in a Mexican-standoff duel. The whole joke is the deliberately awkward, floppy hand controls, which make even picking up an object a struggle. Multiplayer levels let players join others online with voice and text chat, including an 'anonymous club' room for simply hanging out. Beyond the toy weapons, no blood or injury is shown, and there is no scripted sexual content, nudity, drug use or profanity.
The game frames everything as slapstick: the challenge and the humor come entirely from clumsy hand physics rather than from any subject matter. Guns and other objects are presented as toys to fumble with, and firing a weapon produces no depicted harm — nothing in the design treats its content as serious or consequential.
