The player fights monsters and human-like enemies with melee weapons, bows and firearms in stylized hack-and-slash combat; hits produce simple effects with no depicted wounds, gore or dismemberment.
The player hunts and kills ordinary wildlife such as boars, sheep and other creatures as routine survival gameplay for food and materials.
Craftopia is an open-world survival and crafting game in which you gather resources, farm, hunt animals, build bases and automate production, then explore dungeons and fight monsters and bosses with melee weapons, bows and guns. The combat is action hack-and-slash in a bright, stylised anime look; strikes throw off short bursts of flat blood but show no wounds, gore or dismemberment. Killing wildlife for food and materials is a routine part of play. There is no sexual content, nudity, profanity in the script, alcohol or drug use, and nothing can be bought with real money. It can be played solo or online in co-op sessions, where voice and text chat with other players are available.
The game frames its content as lighthearted survival-adventure play: fighting and hunting are goal-driven crafting and progression mechanics rather than emphasised violence, and the tone stays cheerful and cartoon-like throughout with no darker subject matter foregrounded.
