What it is
Football Manager 2020 is a deep football (soccer) management simulation where you run a club as its manager: picking squads, setting tactics, handling transfers and contracts, managing training and youth development, and steering the club's long-term vision across dozens of real leagues worldwide. Matches play out as top-down or 3D simulations rather than action you control directly. There is no violence, sexual content, foul language, or other mature material — the challenge is entirely strategic and administrative. It supports online multiplayer so you can manage in a league alongside others, but the game itself provides no in-game voice or text chat.
How it's framed
The game frames everything through the lens of professional sport and business management: success is measured in results, finances, morale, and reputation. It presents the pressures of the job — board expectations, player relationships, and media scrutiny — as strategic problems to solve, without any content that dwells on darker or adult themes.
