What it is
Football Manager 2021 is a soccer management simulation where you take charge of a football club as its manager. You handle tactics, transfers, training, team selection, staff hiring, budgets, and press conferences rather than controlling players on the pitch directly; matches play out via a simulated 3D or text engine that you watch and influence from the sideline. There is no violent, sexual, or otherwise mature content — the experience is spreadsheets, squad-building, and match strategy. An online mode lets you manage alongside or against other people, but the game as released carries no in-game voice or text chat and no in-app purchases.
How it's framed
The game frames everything around the professional craft of football management: long-term club-building, competitive achievement, and realistic simulation of the sport. Success is measured in results, development of players, and career progression, with no morally charged content to frame.
