What it is

Football Manager 2022 is a deep sports management simulation where you take charge of a real-world football (soccer) club as its manager. You handle tactics, transfers, training, staff, finances, and matchday decisions, with games playing out as a top-down 3D match simulation rather than direct player control. The content is entirely built around running a club: spreadsheets, dialogue with staff and press, and simulated matches. There is no violence, sexual content, foul language, gambling, or in-game purchasing. Online modes let you manage against or alongside other people, but the game as configured here has no in-game voice or text chat.
